I wanted to share with you my experience at Performance Hyundai, Ontario Street, St. Catharines. Initially, I dropped into the showroom as part of my ongoing research for a new vehicle; specifically, I had been interested in the Elantra Touring, and I thought I would check out the latest design and engine changes in the new Elantra sedan.

I was introduced to Mr. Dino Ding, and explained to  him that I was wondering when I might see a similarly newer, more efficient engine in the Touring. Dino was very informative about the company, the Touring, and asked me pertinent questions to help me evaluate my own wants and needs. I felt he had an honest interest in helping me choose the right vehicle, making me aware of the different benefits of my purchase options. We discussed the zero per cent purchase and finance program currently available, against my desire to wait for a new engine in the Touring at a later date. I never felt pressured, only well informed and well taken care of. As a result of his exceptional care, I am currently enjoying my new Touring GLS.

I must add that my experience was only made more enjoyable by Ms Lucy Carpenter. I have only ever bought one new vehicle previously, but in helping other family members, I have always dreaded the mandatory lecture about extended warranties, etc. I felt that Lucy gave me the information I needed, to ensure my purchase would be a joy for many years to come. As a result, I feel my car is now protected in the manner that is important to me. Plus, I love the tinted windows!

In the process of researching my purchase, I also had the opportunity to see some of your other staff in action. A couple days before the delivery of my vehicle, I was dropping off information for Lucy, and unfortunately, someone in the service area was experiencing some health issues. Jason from service and Corrina from reception had stepped us to aid this individual, taking care of the situation efficiently and discreetly. I am truly impressed at Performance Hyundai. Working with the public myself, I value greatly the level of service you are providing, and in the process of purchasing a new vehicle, I am only made happier to support such a great business. I popped into Hyundai yesterday as per Dean's instruction to have something looked at quickly on my Santa Fe? I was greeted immediately by service tech Rob. He was super courteous and got my little issue (Drawer by the shift stick was jammed with a little mailbox key in it)? He was polite, and got it fixed for me in a second? I work in the service industry as well and know the importance of customer service, so THANKS to Rob for a job well done!
